Quality control is paramount to all procedures at Shaw’s, and we run a strict HACCP based Food Safety Program that is externally audited. We pride ourselves on our quality process and our confidentiality procedures.

We have full traceability of all products, ingredients, and procedures from our purpose-built factory. Intellectual property and recipes are often supplied by our clients, and our kitchen team also have design and development ability.

 

Shaw’s Berry farm operates under National Food Safety Programme 3. Most of the products produced at Shaw’s Berry Farm are heat treated, therefore it is considered a medium risk business. Shaw’s keeps records of all recipes and the corresponding quality checks, alongside completing a manufacturing checklist each month.
